vchfy "the App” provides own coupon page within your shopify shop "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
vchfy may access personal data for your Shopify account, including your email addresses, phone numbers, and locations.
Based on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, we use the vchfy plugin of the company VCHFY GmbH, Tornquiststraße 51, 20259 Hamburg, Germany. This is done for the needs-based design of our site in relation to certain sales campaigns as well as voucher offers and sales promotion. Through the use of this plugin, personal data (IP address, shopping cart height, item number, item number or category) is transmitted to VCHFY GmbH for data processing as part of an order processing agreement. The transmission of the IP address only takes place insofar as participation in discount promotions (e.g. Wheel of Fortune discount) is limited per user (IP block for Gamifications). The data transmission takes place exclusively in encrypted form and in accordance with the technical standards.
